History of Clinger's Cleaning Inc.

As one of the first cleaning services in the area, Clingers Cleaning Service has more than three decades of experience in the cleaning field. Established in 1958, the professional janitorial, carpet and window cleaning business was first started by Duane Clinger, who began the business by cleaning for the Leppinks stores. The business was expanded in 1964 then continued to grow to include businesses such as Ranneys Refrigeration, Drake Manufacturing, Greenville Printing and Faith Baptist Church.

A second expansion in 1975 brought assistance from son Ken Clinger, who presently owns the cleaning business. Due to health reasons Duane dropped out of the cleaning business in 1985. Ken went into partnership with his father in 1990 and then soon after purchased the business in 1994.

Clingers Cleaning Service presently has 12 people on staff and an inventory of 7 trucks to handle all types of contracts big or small. They are located at 6684 S. Greenville Rd and can be reached by calling 616 754-3045 or if an emergency 616 250 0124. Ken welcomes any contract cleaning or water restoration and cares about the results of his work to guarantee satisfaction.

They focus on value added services such as deep down cleaning, educating customers, free spot removal, customer walk out mats, scotch guarding, pet deodorizing and even offers next day or 24 hour carpet cleaning or its FREE.

Clingers also offers auto seat cleaning on a first come first serve basis the 3rd Saturday of May and September from 9 to 3 at reduced prices, with coffee, juice and donuts while you wait.
